Abstract
¸ñÀû: ÀÌ ¿¬±¸´Â »õ·Î¿î ·¹Áø°è ±Ù°ü½Ç·¯ÀÎ Any-SealÀÇ ¿©·¯ ¹°¼ºÀ» AH Plus Jet¿Í ºñ±³ÇÏ¿© Æò°¡ÇÏ°íÀÚ Çß´Ù.
¿¬±¸ Àç·á ¹× ¹æ¹ý: È帧¼º, ¹æ»ç¼± ºÒÅõ°ú¼º, ¾ÐÃà °µµ¸¦ ISO 6876/2001±âÁØ¿¡ ÀÇÇØ ÃøÁ¤ÇÏ¿´´Ù. È帧¼ºÀº ½Ç·¯ 0.05 mL¸¦ µÎ °³ÀÇ À¯¸®ÆÇ »çÀÌ¿¡ ³õ°í 100 gÀÇ ¹«°Ô·Î ´·¯ ÃøÁ¤Çß´Ù. ½Ç·¯ È¥ÇÕ 10ºÐ µÚ ¹«°Ô¸¦ Á¦°ÅÇÏ°í ´·ÁÁø ½Ç·¯ÀÇ Áö¸§À» ÃøÁ¤Çß´Ù. ¹æ»ç¼± ºÒÅõ°ú¼ºÀº °¢ ±Ù°ü½Ç·¯¸¦ Áö¸§ 10 mm, ³ôÀÌ 1 mmÀÇ µð½ºÅ©Çü ½ÃÆíÀ¸·Î ¸¸µé¾î aluminum step wedge¿Í ÇÔ²² ¹æ»ç¼± ÃÔ¿µÀ» ÇÏ¿© ºÐ¼®Çß´Ù. ¾ÐÃà °µµ´Â °¢ ½Ç·¯¸¦ 4 mm Áö¸§°ú 6 mm ³ôÀÌÀÇ ½Ç¸°´õ ÇüÅ·Π¸¸µç ´ÙÀ½ 24½Ã°£ ÈÄ¿Í 1ÁÖÀÏ ÈÄ¿¡ ÃøÁ¤Çß´Ù.
°á°ú: µÎ ±Ù°ü½Ç·¯ÀÇ È帧¼º°ú ¹æ»ç¼± ºÒÅõ°ú¼º °ªÀº ISO 6876/2001Á¶°Ç¿¡ ¸Â¾Ò´Ù. È帧¼ºÀº AH Plus Jet¿Í Any-Seal »çÀÌ¿¡ Åë°èÀûÀ¸·Î À¯ÀÇÇÑ Â÷ÀÌ°¡ ¾ø¾ú´Ù(P > 0.05). AH Plus Jet°¡ ¹æ»ç¼± ºÒÅõ°ú¼º °ªÀ» ³ªÅ¸³Â´Ù(P < 0.05). 24½Ã°£ ÈÄ¿Í 1ÁÖÀÏ ÈÄ ¸ðµÎ¿¡¼ AH Plus Jet°¡ ´õ ³ôÀº ¾ÐÃà °µµ¸¦ º¸¿´´Ù(P < 0.05).
°á·Ð: Any-SealÀÌ ³·Àº ¾ÐÃà °µµ¸¦ º¸¿´À¸¹Ç·Î ´Ù¸¥ ¹°¸®Àû, »ý¹°Àû Ư¼º¿¡ ´ëÇØ ´õ ¸¹Àº ¿¬±¸°¡ ÀÓ»óÀû È°¿ë Àü¿¡ ÇÊ¿äÇÒ °ÍÀ¸·Î »ý°¢ÇÑ´Ù.
Purpose: The aim of this study was to assess the physical properties of a novel resin-based endodontic sealer, Any-Seal, in comparison with AH Plus Jet.
Materials and Methods: Flow, radiopacity and compressive strength were examined according to ISO 6876/2001. For flow test, 0.05 mL of sealer was placed between glass plate and 100 g weight were applied. Ten minutes after mixing the sealers, the load was removed and the diameters of the compressed sealer discs were measured. For radiopacity, 10 mm diameter and 1 mm thickness sample were fabricated and took radiograph with an aluminum step-wedge and analyzed using imaging program. For compressive strength test, 4 mm ¡¿ 6 mm cylindrical specimen was fabricated and tested after 24 hours and 1 week using Universal testing machine.
Results: Both tested sealers were consistent with ISO 6876/2001 in the flow and radiopacity test. The flow values of both sealers were not significantly different (P > 0.05). AH Plus Jet had significantly higher radiopacity (P < 0.05). AH Plus Jet showed higher compressive strength at both time intervals (P < 0.05).
Conclusion: Any-Seal showed low compressive strength until after 1 week, so its physical and biological aspect should be evaluated more before clinical use.
